Knaus Van Ti Plus 700 LF Platinum Selection
Knaus clientèle seek a luxurious robust and classy feel, but you don’t usually get a distinctly British motorhome layout from a Continental manufacture. Many motorhomers love a fixed bed, and the 700 LF’s French bed will appeal. The washroom occupies the otherside of the bed, kitchen is amidships, and a large front lounge occupies the front.
Both Captain’s seats turn fully without fouling either settee, thus allowing feet up lounging. Alternatively, if you wish to lounge facing the cab, there’s ample back-support at the rear end of one settee, with a long bench seat on the opposite side, between the benches sits a large flexible table, great for games nights or dinning.
The L-shaped kitchen is well specified. There’s a good amount workspace.
There’s a three-burner hob under a glass lid, a grill and oven, and plenty of cupboard space. On the opposite side of the galley is a large streamline 3-way fridge freezer with an auto function.
The washroom hides behind a tamper door, the cassette toilet sits to the rear with a pair of shower screens between the toilet and tamper door, enclosing you in a shower with no need for a curtain. The washbasin is set in a vanity unit outside of the washroom next to the French bed.
The French bed is a large enough for two good sized adults, the bed is surround by cupboard space and there is a shelf at the rear housing a 230v and USB socket. A curtain can be pulled around the bed for privacy, but where this French bed differs from the UK equivalents is the storage underneath. The floor drops a section at the rear allowing for a really good storage area.
